I’ve begun the process of adding loads of fruits/veges/whole grains/nut/seeds and “live” foods into my diet. As most raw foodies & vegans know, it is a challenge (at least at the beginning) to find substitutes for all the junk we’ve been eating for all these years. Sooooooooo . . . I’m collecting the best of what I’ve found here. Check out all the categories (on the left sidebar) for more. As I progress, I’ll also add my own. But for now, I will give credit where credit is due and let you know where I’ve found all these goodies. Enjoy!
