Originally this website was designed to be a “go to” resource for me. I got tired of opening the same books and/or searching for the same websites over and over, so I decided to keep all my recipes, tips and resources here. It is being built as my online encyclopedia of all things domestic and otherwise which interest me. Now I simply use the search box (upper right hand corner) to see if I’ve researched and/or added the info I’m looking for.
Over the years the site has continued to evolve and now includes other areas of my life which I hope you benefit from.

I was just reading about your delicious Gourmet Lentil Soup in ETL and was wondering what is soya sazon? Is it a typo and you meant to type Goya sazon? I could only find info about goya sazon when I googled it. Thanks!
